Joe CompionErik and his team did an incredible job installing interior French drains and two sump pits in our basement. We had a separate crew handle the initial drywall and flooring removal to prep the foundation, and Erik and his guys came in right after and knocked the concrete work out extremely fast and with top-tier quality. What really stood out was Erik's communication. He kept us fully informed every step of the way and made sure we understood exactly what was going on. He was accommodating, informative, and made us feel genuinely included and cared for throughout the whole project. You truly can't get any better than the work Erik and his crew do. After talking to different folks to find a solution, Erik recommended more patience and observation than some of the others who offered a faster repair. I'm glad we followed his advice because otherwise we would have moved forward with a "repair" that would definitely have failed, and in a costly way. When it came time to make the needed fix, Erik and his crew were responsive to my questions and did exactly what they said they would do. Fred PavalkoI can’t recommend Crawlspace Doctor highly enough. I’d give them a 6. Extremely professional, respond quickly to a call, have given great advice for fixing problems in our Crawlspace and they do extremely high quality work at a very fair price. We’ve used them for the 20 years we’ve been in our home as did the previous owner before us. As far as I’m concerned there is no other real option in Bloomington when it’s time for a Crawlspace refresh, a new sump pump or advice on any confounding groundwater issue, all of which we’ve had with our Crawlspace that is very much below street level on three sides.
